Leanne Hatch – Working at Rollits

If I had to summarise working at Rollits in one word, it would have to be great.

The ethos at the forefront of everyone’s mind is to practice law in a way that delivers exceptional service to clients, both old and new, with specialist knowledge and professionalism. The firm and its employees strive for excellence in all that they do, the advice they provide, their continued focus and nothing short of exceptional will do.

As an individual, you get to deal with high quality work that’s rewarding and there’s a definite sense of personal achievement that you have from working in a Tier 1 firm in the region. As a team, we’re stronger yet. As the old saying goes, two hands are better than one and when needed, we come to together and collaborate at all levels, to do some pretty notable work. Not just within each department but also across the wider firm too.

Emphasis is continually placed on our client’s best interests and we have a friendly straightforward approach, in how we tackle that. Everyone throughout the firm works hard, we all help each other, knowledge share and the support given by the partners is second to none.

When we’re not working and meeting deadlines, there’s a fantastic employee forum. They regularly organise events for us to attend (usually involving delicious coffee and cake), which helps us all to be reminded that we might be lawyers but we’re humans too and it’s important to enjoy ourselves every once in awhile.
