Rollits adds to its ranks with appointment of dispute resolution specialist

A lawyer with more than 20 years of dispute resolution experience has joined  Rollits as an associate based in the York office.

Emma Farrell, who lives in York, draws on an extensive background of advising in all areas of commercial and general civil disputes.

She will work closely with colleagues in the firm’s Hull office on matters including commercial contracts, insurance, professional indemnity, product liability, consumer protection, intellectual property, data protection and debt recovery.

Emma graduated from Oxford University with a BA Hons in Jurisprudence and qualified in 2003 before spending the first 10 years of her career working in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team within one of Ireland’s leading law firms in Dublin.

She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2010 and moved to Yorkshire where she has spent the last 12 years working in general practice.
