Chris leads our Property Litigation team, handling a vast array of commercial and residential property disputes. He acts for a wide range of clients with property interests including management companies, managing agents, investors, developers and both commercial and residential landlords.
Chris’s approach is realistic and commercially focussed. His determination to provide clients with the outcomes they desire is a given for any lawyer, but in litigation, part of the skill of the job is helping clients to realise what it is they actually need, and in turn helping them go to bed one night and wake up the next morning free from weight of litigation, which is what he strives to do.
