Leanne is an experienced commercial property specialist and handles property transactions for a variety of commercial clients, including developers, commercial landlords and tenants, care homes and individual clients.
Being a property lawyer is intellectually challenging and no two days are ever the same. Leanne particularly enjoys working closely with other professionals, assisting people and businesses as they undertake important transactions and providing legal advice to enable clients to make informed decisions along the way.
Her down to earth approach, whilst being hard working, diligent and dedicated to delivering excellent legal advice ensures that she is able to help them make the best possible decisions for their own commercial interests and what matters to them.
She also gets great pleasure from telling clients that their transaction is complete and hearing their delight and is proud to work in such a highly respected firm, with one of the largest commercial property teams in the city.
