Lucy qualified in 2020 having spent two years as a Trainee Solicitor at Rollits. She specialises in all areas of employment law and has experience working in the Leeds and Hull areas, acting for both employers and employees and providing HR advice to businesses.
One of the main things Lucy enjoys about working in employment law is that the work varies so much, meaning every day is different and interesting. The employment team is a chatty and friendly team and this makes working together each day very enjoyable.

Personable, professional and made a very upsetting and distressing situation more bearable and manageable. Lucy was always happy to listen, acknowledge and provide advice and information sensitive to my needs and the over case with the law in mind. Thank you to all the support team too for their quick responses and the nature in which they have treated me over the period of time working with Rollits.
