Molly’s interest in a legal career began when she started her law degree at the University of Hull in 2017. She completed a vacation scheme placement at Rollits in 2019 and was immediately impressed with the look and feel of the firm and decided to apply for a training contract.
Starting with the firm as a Trainee in 2022, Molly joined the employment team as a Solicitor at the end of her Period Of Recognised Training and will specialise in many aspects of employment law. In particular her caseload will cover
- Drafting and providing advice in relation to Settlement Agreements for both employees and employers
- Drafting contracts of employment and other employment related documents, including internal policies and procedures
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal matters - both Claimant and Respondent
- Providing corporate support, including undertaking employment due diligence and providing advice in relation to TUPE

Career
Molly studied at the University of Hull and graduated in 2021 with a First Class (Hons) degree in Law. Staying on to complete an MSc in Business Management which she passed with distinction she then moved to The University of Law in Leeds to complete her Legal Practice Course and joined Rollits in September 2022.
Outside of work Molly enjoys playing sport. A netball player from a young age, she currently play for a local team, Hull Chevrons and over recent years has enjoyed coaching netball and running netball camps at local schools and colleges. She also enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
