Rachael Kitchman

Rachael has experience in dealing with a wide range of private client matters to include the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning and Administration of Estates.

As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Rachael successfully obtained the STEP Diploma in December 2023; the benchmark qualification for trust and estate specialists.

Known for her professional, yet friendly manner, Rachael understands the need to show empathy and have patience when dealing with such personal matters.  She believes it is a privilege when a client trusts her to put their affairs in order and is chosen to deal with the estate of a loved one.

Career

Born in Hull, Rachael studied law at the University of Hull, graduating with a 2:1 law degree in 2005. After undertaking the LPC at the College of Law in York, Rachael went onto complete her training at a local firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. Rachael joined Rollits in June 2024, further strengthening their Private Capital Team.
