Annual Employment Tribunal Statistics show fall in claims

The annual employment tribunal statistics have beenpublished. The statistics show that the total number of claimscontinues to decrease (from 236,000 in 2009/10, to 218,000 in2010/11 and decreasing again to 186,000 in 2011/12), with unfairdismissal claims falling from 47,900 to 46,300.
