Bribery Act in force NOW!

The Ministry of Justice have published guidance notes ontheir website to help businesses to adapt to the newAct.

The lengthy 45-page guidance note is quite comprehensive andprovides a number of useful case-studies by way of examples ofdifferent types of conduct might be affected by theAct.

Equally if not more useful is the 9-page "Quickstart" guidewhich answers some of the key questions that many people have hadin the run-up to the introduction of the Act. The notes can befound on the MoJ website here:
