Hull College student Holly secures role at Rollits
23 year old Holly Joyce, who studied at Hull College, hassecured a job as an Office Assistant at Rollits LLP aftercompleting her Business Administration and IT NVQ Level 3early.
Hull College, which has a long standing partnership withRollits, put Holly forward as a candidate when the job vacancybecame available as she completed her NVQ Level 3 early. Holly wentthrough the full recruitment process and impressed the interviewpanel so much that she was offered the job. Holly started her newjob at the end of April and is fully enjoying her time working forus.
Holly explains "I chose the NVQ Level 3 in BusinessAdministration and IT course because I felt it was something thatwould help me in my career, it is also a course that can help meprogress into higher job opportunities and it's something Ienjoyed.
"Working at Rollits is extremely rewarding! I really feel likepart of a team here, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I'mglad that all my hard work and determination has paid off. Mytutors from the Academic Centre at Hull College have definitelyhelped make me the person I am today and given me the skills andqualities to succeed."

The praise does't stop there for Holly. Linda Cook, OfficeManager at Rollits LLP said "Holly joined Rollits LLP as an OfficeAssistant working within the General Office team in Hull. She hassettled in extremely well to her new role and the training andqualifications she has obtained from Hull College have assisted hergreatly with the transition to full-time employment. We are veryhappy with Holly's progress so far in her new role.
