Leading regional law firmRollits LLP has promoted five of its solicitors across a number ofkey service areas as it continues to invest in talent.

Three senior solicitors -Rebecca Latus, Jennifer Sewelland David Myers - have been promoted to Associate,whilst Ed Heppel and James Peelhave been made up to Senior Solicitors.

Rebecca and Jennifer both workin the dispute resolution department dealing with commercialdisputes and both are key members of the firm's regulatory teamproviding assistance to clients subject to investigation orprosecution by enforcement authorities such as Trading Standards,the Health & Safety Executive, the Environment Agency and localplanning authorities.

David is a member of thefirm's planning team . The team specialises in planningmatters such as preparing and submitting planning applications,appeals and objections as well as advising on the planning elementsof residential, commercial and industrial developments on behalf oflandowners and developers alike.

Ed works in the Employmentteam and is experienced in both contentious and non-contentiousissues and advises clients on all aspects of employmentlaw.

James joined the firm'scommercial and IP team when he qualified. He specialises inwork relating to commercial contracts, website terms and conditionsand advice in relation to trade marks, copyright and otherintellectual property rights as well as data protectionissues.
