Next step on the ladder for Libby
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Libby Clarkson to the position of SeniorSolicitor.
Libby, a specialist planning lawyer, joined the firm in 2012 asa trainee. A key member of the firm's Planning & Developmentteam, she works on planning and development matters includingadvising on planning applications, objections and planning law,buying and selling land for development, drafting infrastructureagreements and development agreements. Libby is also part ofthe Education and Charities teams and advises on a variety ofproperty and planning issues for clients in these sectors.
In her new role, Libby will use her experience gained fromworking closely with David Stone and Partners Mark Dixon and DavidMyers to further expand the firm's planning offering acrossYorkshire.
