Rollits achieve new cyber security protection accreditation
Rollits is now one of a handful of law firms in the region to hold the Government-approved Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
Cyber Essentials is a cyber security standard which identifies the security controls organisations must have in place within their IT systems to have confidence that they have a basic level of cyber security and are mitigating the most common internet-based threats.
To be awarded this certification - the highest Cyber Essentials standard available - an organisation's systems must be independently tested by an external body.

In addition, in August the firm was also reaccredited for Lexcel following an AMV 1 assessment conducted against version 6 of the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
Lexcel is a recognised accreditation scheme designed specifically for law firms to ensure that required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management are met.
To be awarded and maintain the Lexcel accreditation a practice must apply annually and go through a rigorous assessment to ensure the required standards of excellence are maintained year after year.
Ralph Gilbert continues "Once again, we were delighted to be awarded Lexcel, the Law Society's legal practice quality mark which we have held since 1999. Our assessment summary included a high number of Areas of Good Practice, across every Lexcel section assessed, where the firm has exceeded the requirements of Lexcel to a significant extent.
