Rollits advise on sale of online fitness firm Pure-tec Limited

Rollits has recently advised the owners of Pure-tec Limited, anonline fitness distributor, on its sale to Impex Fitness, for anundisclosed sum.

Impex Fitness is the largest distributor of home strengthtraining equipment in the USA and has been looking to expand intoEurope for the past few years.

The deal sees Impex continue to expand its operations intocontinental Europe, the Middle East and India and secures 20permanent jobs in the region.

Pure-tec is already working with Amazon, Tesco, Littlewoods andHouse of Fraser and with the support of its new internationalparent company is planning to add to that portfolio.

The Rollits' team was led by Corporate Partner JohnFlanagan working with Jaspaul Dhesi.

Ian Lamb of Smailes Goldie provided the accountancy adviceto the Sellers on the sale.
