Rollits advise on share sale of Hull based Quickline Communications Limited
Rollits has advised the Shareholders of Quickline Communications Limited on the sale of their shares to AIM listed Satellite Solutions Worldwide PLC.
Quickline Communications is a Hull based company with national reach specialising in providing fast reliable internet connectivity to business, public sector and residential customers. Satellite Solutions Worldwide is a global communications company specialising in rural, last-mile and emergency communications via satellite and the former shareholders look forward to working with Satellite going forward to grow and develop Quickline further.
The Rollits' team was led by Corporate Partner John Flanagan with assistance from amongst others, Nasim Sharf (Corporate and Tax), Gareth Orriss (Real Estate), and Ed Heppel (Employment).
