Rollits Education Team advises Leeds City College on restaurant joint venture with Flannels
The Education Team at Rollits, which has been recommendedfor its expertise in the sector in the latest edition of The Legal500, has assisted Leeds City College on a joint venture to operatea high end restaurant at Flannels` store on Vicar Lane inLeeds.
Located on the top floor, The Food Academy at Flannels isoperated with the help of the College`s most talented catering andhospitality students. After completing their training with theCollege, those students who have excelled in the kitchen and frontof house have the opportunity to be employed as apprentices at therestaurant, providing invaluable industry experience in aprofessional, high quality environment.
Jane Pither, Leeds City College`s Deputy Principal CorporateServices and Resource Management, who led on the project for theCollege, commented:

Therestaurant is now running well and the feedback from students andcustomers has been overwhelmingly positive."
