Rollits Trainees Qualify

Rollits has made two new appointments to its charity andcommercial teams with the recruitment of trainees SarahGreendale and David White who havesuccessfully completed their training contracts with the firm.

Sarah and David who joined the firm two years ago have beguntheir careers as solicitors at Rollits following their admission atthe beginning of September.

Sarah who graduated with an LLB from Hull University in 2010,specialises in private capital and charities and social enterprisework. She is involved in wills, trusts, estate administrationand Lasting Powers of Attorney and in relation to charity matters,is involved in creating and registering new charities and there-structuring and re-organisation of charities including mergersand incorporations.

David completed his LLB Hons (Exempting) at the University ofNorthumbria at Newcastle in 2009 has moved to work in the firm'scompany and commercial department. He undertakes a variety ofwork including commercial contracts and advice in relation to trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights as well asa mix of general corporate work.

Commenting on the promotions, Richard Field, Managing Partner atRollits, said: "We are extremely proud of the trainees'achievements. They have worked hard to complete their trainingcontracts and qualify as lawyers and we look forward to helpingthem develop and learn as their careers progress. I am sureeach of them will help to contribute to the success of the teamsthey have joined"
